Job Description 1. Performing personal care (bathing, grooming, etc) 2. Preparing meals and feeding 3. Taking patient’s Vital Signs from time to time 4. Giving Medications. 5. Assisting the patient during hospital check up and escorting to other appointments 6. Assisting patients in their needs. 7. Assisting with mobility 8. Providing transfer assistance 9. Assisting with ambulation 10. Controlling infection by cleaning the working area and provide comfortable environment to the patient.
